Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Not be worn, washed, or used
  • Include all original tags and be in the original packaging
  • Be free of strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor
  • Be complete, including any accessories or gifts included with the purchase
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • The item is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • The return period has expired
  • The item does not match the original order

 

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions or are sent without return request will not be accepted!

How to Submit a Return

    Send an email to info@bynourayn.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  • Prepare Your Return
    Carefully package the item and include the original packing slip or a copy of your proof of purchase. This helps us process your return quickly.

Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will arrange an appropriate solution.

Want a different item? The fastest way is to return the current item and place a new order once your return is approved.

For orders within the European Union, a legal 14-day cooling-off period applies. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, provided the item meets the return conditions.
